oh wells. i was just thinking its kinda physical as much as its mental. sometimes we r down. helpless. wallowing in self-pity. its kinda like 'ur sitting down, den a friend walks past.' u call him over and go 'hey, pull me up!' den this friend reaches out his hand and pulls u up. however when ur fren lets go, u fall back down, ur fren goes on his way. u continue sitting there. just like when ur down, someone smiles, someone encourages, the second the person leaves, the second the 'happy spray' wears off. there u are again, slumped, in depressed mode.

God is different, God doesnt just pull you up, He doesnt just lend a hand, He lifts u up, wipes ur tears, God never lets go, He will never leave us nor forsake us!

Cast all your anxiety on Him because he cares for you.
